Markly is a Voxiverse link saving and bookmark application designed to help you save, organize, annotate, manage, and return to content you discover across the web.
This Privacy Policy explains the types of information Markly may process, why that information is used, and how information associated with your use of Markly is handled.
Your privacy matters to Voxiverse. Information processed through Markly is used to provide, maintain, secure, support, and improve the application and its features.
Information You Create
Markly stores information you intentionally create or save while using the application. This can include bookmarks, URLs, titles, descriptions, tags, notes, favorites, pinned items, archived items, folders, collections, and other organizational information associated with your saved content.
Markly may also store images or other visual information associated with bookmarks, such as website icons and thumbnails, when those features are available.
This information is processed so Markly can provide its bookmark management, organization, search, display, synchronization, and related functionality.
Bookmark & Link Information
When you save a link, Markly processes the URL and information associated with that bookmark so it can be stored and displayed within your collection.
Depending on the information available for a saved page, bookmark information may include the page title, URL, website or host name, description, icon, thumbnail, and other publicly available metadata associated with the linked page.
Information you manually add to a bookmark, including tags and notes, is also stored as part of that bookmark.
Folders, Collections & Notes
Markly provides organizational features that allow bookmarks to be placed into folders and collections and associated with notes or other information.
Information you create through these features, including folder names, collection names, collection notes, bookmark notes, ordering information, and relationships between bookmarks and collections, may be stored as part of your Markly data.
Account Information
Markly supports account functionality for features such as cross-device synchronization. When you sign in, Markly may process information associated with your account, including an account identifier, email address, display name, authentication provider, profile information, and account creation information.
The exact information available to Markly depends on the authentication method you use and the information you choose or authorize the authentication provider to provide.
Account information is used to authenticate you, associate your Markly data with your account, maintain your signed-in state, and provide account-related features.
Sign in with Apple
Markly currently supports Sign in with Apple. When you choose to sign in using Apple, authentication is handled through Apple's authentication services.
Markly may receive information authorized through Sign in with Apple, such as your Apple user identifier, name, and email address. Apple may allow you to use features such as Hide My Email, in which case Markly may receive an Apple-provided relay email address rather than your personal email address.
Apple's handling of information through Sign in with Apple is governed by Apple's own privacy policies and terms.
Cross-Device Synchronization
When you use supported account and synchronization features, Markly may process and synchronize application data so your information can remain available across supported devices.
Synchronized information may include account information, bookmarks, bookmark details, folders, collections, notes, settings, and other information necessary to maintain your Markly experience across devices.
Synchronization requires information to be transmitted between your device and the services used to provide synchronization.
Activity Information
Markly may maintain activity information related to actions performed within the application. This information may be used to provide activity history, statistics, organizational features, or other user-facing information about your use of Markly.
Activity information is associated with functionality inside Markly and is not used to create third-party advertising profiles.
App Settings
Markly may store preferences and settings you select while using the application. These settings are used to preserve your preferred experience and configure supported Markly features.
Settings may be stored locally on your device or synchronized when necessary to provide supported account and cross-device features.
Bug Reports, Ideas & Feedback
Markly may provide tools that allow you to submit bug reports, feature requests, ideas, beta feedback, attachments, and other information to Voxiverse.
When you intentionally submit a report, the information included in that submission may be transmitted to and retained by Voxiverse so the report can be received, reviewed, investigated, organized, responded to, and updated.
Submitted information may include the details you enter into the report, selected report categories, attachments you choose to provide, technical information included with the submission, and information necessary to identify and track the report.
Please avoid including passwords, authentication credentials, or other highly sensitive personal information in reports or attachments.
Third-Party Websites
Markly is designed to save and organize links to content available on the web. These links may lead to websites, applications, services, and content operated by third parties.
When you open a saved link and leave Markly to visit a third-party website or service, that third party may collect information according to its own privacy practices.
Voxiverse does not control the privacy practices, content, security, or data collection practices of websites and services operated by third parties.
How Information Is Used
Information processed through Markly may be used to provide and maintain the application, save and organize your bookmarks, maintain your account, synchronize supported data, preserve your preferences, provide activity features, respond to reports and feedback, diagnose technical problems, protect the application, and improve Markly.
Voxiverse does not use the contents of your personal bookmark collection to build advertising profiles about you.
Advertising & Tracking
Voxiverse does not sell your Markly bookmark collection, notes, tags, folders, collections, or other saved content to advertisers.
Markly does not use your saved-link activity to track your browsing behavior across unrelated third-party websites for targeted advertising purposes.
Saving a link in Markly does not give Voxiverse control over tracking or advertising technologies that may be used by the third-party website when you later visit that website.
Sharing of Information
Information may be processed by service providers or platform services when necessary to operate features such as authentication, synchronization, infrastructure, or other functionality required by Markly.
Information may also be disclosed when required by applicable law, legal process, or a valid governmental request, or when reasonably necessary to protect the security, rights, and integrity of Markly, Voxiverse, or its users.
Voxiverse does not sell your personal information or personal Markly content to third parties.
Data Storage & Security
Markly uses reasonable technical and organizational safeguards intended to protect information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, loss, or misuse.
Some information may be stored locally on your device, while information associated with account, synchronization, support, or other connected features may be processed through services required to provide those features.
No method of electronic storage or transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure, and absolute security cannot be guaranteed.
Data Retention
Markly information may be retained for as long as necessary to provide the application and the features you use, maintain your account, preserve synchronized information, resolve reports, comply with legal obligations, and protect the security and integrity of Voxiverse services.
Information that you remove from the application may not disappear immediately from backups, synchronized systems, or records that must temporarily be retained for legitimate operational, security, or legal purposes.
Deleting Your Content
Markly provides controls for managing the content you create within the application. You may delete bookmarks and other supported information when you no longer want it in your Markly collection.
Deleting content may also affect relationships with folders, collections, notes, or other organizational information associated with that content.
Your Choices
You control the links and organizational content you choose to save in Markly, the notes and tags you create, the information you submit through feedback and reporting tools, and whether you use optional account features where available.
You may also choose not to open third-party websites saved within your collection or remove links you no longer wish to keep.
Children's Privacy
Markly is not designed to knowingly collect personal information from children in violation of applicable privacy laws.
If Voxiverse becomes aware that personal information has been collected in circumstances requiring parental consent or deletion under applicable law, appropriate steps will be taken to address that information.
Changes to Markly
Markly will continue to develop over time. New features or services may change the types of information required to provide the application or the ways existing information is processed.
When changes materially affect the information described in this Privacy Policy, this policy may be updated to reflect those changes.

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time to reflect changes to Markly, Voxiverse services, legal requirements, security practices, or the ways information is processed.
When this policy is updated, the revised version will be published on this page and the last updated date will be changed accordingly.
