These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Markly, a Voxiverse application designed to help you save, organize, manage, annotate, and return to links and bookmarks.
By downloading, accessing, or using Markly, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you should discontinue use of Markly.
Markly provides tools for saving and organizing links and related information. Features may include bookmarks, folders, tags, notes, favorites, pinned items, archived items, collections, activity information, and other organizational tools.
You are responsible for how you use Markly and for the links, descriptions, notes, tags, collection names, and other content you choose to save or create within the application.
You retain ownership of the original information and content you add to Markly, including your saved links, notes, tags, folder names, collection names, and other information you create within the app.
By using Markly, you permit the application to store, process, display, organize, and synchronize that information as necessary to provide Markly's functionality.
Voxiverse does not claim ownership of the content you save or create in Markly merely because you use the application.
Markly allows you to save links to websites, pages, articles, media, services, and other content operated or published by third parties. Saving a link in Markly does not mean that Voxiverse owns, controls, endorses, or is affiliated with the linked content.
Third-party websites may change, move, restrict access, become unavailable, or remove content at any time. Voxiverse cannot guarantee that a saved link will remain available or that the content located at that link will remain unchanged.
When you open or interact with a third-party website or service through a link saved in Markly, your use of that website or service is governed by its own terms, policies, and rules.
Voxiverse is not responsible for the content, availability, security, accuracy, privacy practices, or conduct of third-party websites and services.
Certain Markly features may allow or require you to sign in to an account. Markly currently supports Sign in with Apple for account authentication and cross-device synchronization.
You are responsible for maintaining access to the Apple account and device credentials associated with your Markly account. You should not attempt to access another person's account or impersonate another user.
Authentication services provided by Apple are also subject to Apple's own terms, policies, and availability.
Markly may provide synchronization features that allow your Markly data to remain available across supported devices when you are signed in.
Synchronization can depend on internet connectivity, account status, device availability, third-party infrastructure, and other technical conditions. Continuous or uninterrupted synchronization cannot be guaranteed.
You remain responsible for reviewing important information and maintaining any separate copies you consider necessary.
You may use Markly for lawful personal and organizational purposes. You may not use Markly in a way that violates applicable law, infringes the rights of another person, interferes with the operation of the application, or attempts to gain unauthorized access to Voxiverse systems or services.
You may not attempt to disrupt Markly, bypass security measures, abuse connected services, distribute malicious content through Voxiverse systems, or use the application as part of unlawful or fraudulent activity.
Markly, including its software, interface, design, branding, graphics, original components, documentation, and other Voxiverse-created materials, is owned by Voxiverse or its respective rights holders and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
These Terms do not transfer ownership of Markly or Voxiverse intellectual property to you. You are granted a limited right to use the application for its intended purpose while these Terms remain in effect.
Content available through websites you save in Markly remains subject to the intellectual property rights of its respective owners.
Markly may be updated, changed, expanded, redesigned, or modified over time. Features may be added, altered, temporarily unavailable, or removed as the application develops.
Voxiverse does not guarantee that every feature will remain available permanently or that Markly will operate without interruptions, delays, bugs, or compatibility issues.
Some Markly features may occasionally be introduced, tested, or provided while still under active development.
Features under testing may contain bugs, behave unexpectedly, change substantially, or be removed. Feedback submitted about these features may be used to investigate problems and improve Markly.
Markly may provide ways for you to submit bug reports, feature requests, ideas, beta feedback, attachments, or other reports to Voxiverse.
Information you intentionally submit through these systems may be used to review your report, investigate technical issues, communicate about the report, improve Markly, and maintain Voxiverse support and development records.
Submitting an idea or feature request does not create an obligation for Voxiverse to implement, publish, compensate, or provide attribution for that suggestion.
Markly helps you organize access to content on the web, but it does not control that content. Voxiverse does not guarantee that information found through a saved link is accurate, complete, safe, current, or appropriate for your needs.
You are responsible for deciding whether to visit, rely on, download from, purchase from, or otherwise interact with any website you access through a saved bookmark.
Reasonable care is taken in developing and maintaining Markly, but no software or data-storage system can guarantee against every possible error, device failure, synchronization problem, corrupted record, service interruption, or accidental deletion.
You should maintain independent copies of information that is especially important to you when appropriate.
Markly is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Voxiverse does not guarantee that Markly will always be uninterrupted, error-free, compatible with every device or service, or that every third-party link, preview, piece of metadata, or external resource will remain available.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Voxiverse will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar damages resulting from your use of Markly or your inability to use the application.
This includes losses related to unavailable third-party websites, deleted or unavailable bookmarks, synchronization interruptions, external content, service outages, or reliance on information obtained from a linked website.
Access to certain Markly or Voxiverse services may be restricted or terminated when necessary to protect the application, its users, its infrastructure, or Voxiverse from abuse, unlawful activity, security threats, or serious violations of these Terms.
You may stop using Markly at any time.
Your use of Markly is also subject to the Markly Privacy Policy, which explains how information associated with the application is handled.
The Privacy Policy should be reviewed alongside these Terms because both documents apply to your use of Markly.
These Terms may be updated from time to time to reflect changes to Markly, Voxiverse services, legal requirements, or the way features are provided.
When these Terms are updated, the revised version will be published on this page and the last updated date will be changed accordingly. Continued use of Markly after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms where permitted by law.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the fullest extent permitted by law.
